In most instances the room(s) will be ready for your arrival by 2:00PM. Please plan your departure not later than 11:00 AM. Other times may be possible so give us a call or email for details (907-738-0140, arcticdoc@gci.net).
Guests are welcome to participate. When scheduled, coffee roasting usually begins around 10:00 AM.
Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM daily.
The Master's Suite (includes a queen size bed and large private bath) is $130 plus tax per night. The Mate's Quarters (Includes a bunk bed and half bath) is available for a third and fourth guest at $65 plus tax per night per person.
Both rooms include a private entrance, elevator, wireless high speed internet service, off-street parking, daily breakfast service, private sauna and hot tub and entertainment center featuring a 54 inch wide-screen TV and 5-speaker Bose surround sound system.
In-room cleaning service is provided every third day of your visit. Clean sheets and towels are available anytime. Local car rental, bus transportation or taxi service is recommended. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required when making a reservation. Sales Tax and Bed Tax will be added to your invoice. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Early departure is considered a cancellation and guests will be charged for the full amount. Rates are per night, based on single/double occupancy. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
